just a request guyz please dont make it war of words between yourself.My purpose will get defeated if people call each other coward or are stopped to express the views. I can understand the emotions but let me tell you the pros and cons
a) IBS has cheated AICTE it should not have the status in the list of approved colleges. 800 students get same subjects in first two semesters
b) We have nothing to loose in the sense no one is asking for money from anyone I am fighting for a cause. The cause is if we are actually MBA's we should at first place should not think of a revenge. let me put in a polished way we are fighting for the status.
c) DOnt be worried who will slog the ass for 1000 of like you. I started this and writing to HRD ministry so that this has some conclusion you work and earn for 12 hours a day. I work for 14 hours but i want to prove what is right and what is wrong.
d) what we will get from this: a) We will get HYD degree b) differentiate from other courses offered by IBS.
e) Feel free to express your views. i know you might be having a fear that you will not get a job if dehree is taken aback cancelled. Let it be I know your concerns are valid but I need to prove what we can do. I would like to qquote our deans valuable words " You people can't do anything, if you can do it take IBS to court I dont give a damn about it". I will reply I will prove someday that iBS is a fraud offfering 800+ students the same subjects in the first two sem. Our degrees cannot be cancelled as its private institution has offered us. We can get an additional degree .Still have an issue kepp posting. I am in talk with legal advisors.
Batch of 08-10 also beware if the college does the same to you. Only two of us have been fired so far cos of degree issues but your batch will face more trouble. GO and take in writing that you are student of IBS hyderabad, Guragaon, Chennai.

I guess we must support Him. he has taken initiative which is for benifit of all.
How ever i still remember when director moved in our class room and personally told that we will get two certis.
1 degree from ICFAi
2.PGDM diploma from IBS Hyd.
Now he is saying is saying he has no clue.
We must get the new AICTE appproved PGDM from them
Money is not a concern its about our career and a life long association.
Although if any one of you is from section A 1st sem you might remember when in 1st semester prof Narendra walked in and asked ask to sign that document where we signed that we agree for ICFAI dehradun degree. I was sole person to oppose but no1 supported me or dared to speak.
Narendra reply simply was - "its ur choice if u want this u can sign else u can leave"
i simply signed having no other option or support from ne1.
Now we stand a chance.
We must FIGHT fro our right..
are u out of ur mind thats really good that you r trying to get PGDBM degree from IBS but u r suggesting peiople to mail every day to HRD ministry and try for cancelling its recognition by AICTE dude how it is going to solve any purpose.this is stupidity atleast we will be mentioning in our resume that this college was AICTE recognised.Regarding ur last post that ugc aicte are going to get scrapped and then our degree will be getting derecognised.do u know how many universities and colleges work under UGC and AICTE guidelines and it was clearly mentioned that if these will be removed then a supreme body will be formed to look after these colleges.i appreciate ur effort in getting the PGDBM degree.but dont become overenthusiatic in playing with lives of 2000 people whos life will get affected if AICTE recognition is taken back
I have read the above comments very carefully.As per the claim of IBS Hyderabad chief,ibs is not recognised by AICTE but by UGC.I asked him few questions regarding THE RIGHT TO CHOOSE the campus by a selected candidate who has sucessfully cleared the selection process i.e.ibsat,micropresentation,interview.I simply asked him about THE NO. OF OPTION OF CAMPUSES GIVEN AS A CHOICE TO A SELECTED CANDIDATE. In reply he didnot gave the exact information and taged it on the basis of CUTOFF OUT OF 100 PERCENTILE.My ADVICE TO THE ASPIRING STUDENT OF IBS IS TO DO A LOT OF RESEARCH ABOUT IBS BEFORE JOING IT.
